Orders and Payment
Prices and availability may change. Orders are considered accepted once payment is confirmed and the order is submitted through our checkout flow.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content and text you submit for designs. You grant us permission to process submitted content solely to provide services and fulfill orders.
Products & Colors
Printed colors and garment tones may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Product images are representative; final printed items are provided as-is.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TORQUE & HORSE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
